Officers have been carrying out proactive patrols across the Harbour ward. During this work, stop and search powers have been used where appropriate.

Officers also work closely with staff at licensed premises to help deter and identify drug use in and around these locations. Where offences are identified, officers take prompt action.

Officers have been carrying out active patrols in the area. This includes stopping vehicles and dealing with offences through advice, education and enforcement where appropriate.

A speed‑camera van has also been deployed at locations identified as higher risk. This provides a visible reminder to drivers and helps discourage speeding.
